Two Rolls Wrapping Toilet Roll Production Line , PLC Program Control





Two Rolls Wrapping Toilet Tissue Paper Roll Making Machine Production Line consist of a rewinding unit, accumulating unit, automatic transfer unit, and an automatic log saw, which are all synchronized through advanced operating system. Throughout the line we have installed web tension controllers, abnormality sensors, emergency and safety stops, and a synchronized frequency conversion driver to ensure flawless production.

The process starts by loading the specified number of jumbo rolls using automatic pneumatic loading system into their respective positions. Then they are threaded through the machine with jogging buttons through the various stages until reaching the starting position on the premade core.  Then with a push of a button the production cycle begins.

 This cycle starts by winding the web of tissue onto its core and driving them into trimming and tail sealing. Thereafter the finished log is ejected into the accumulator which stores any specified number of logs, and automatically feeds them in pairs of two into the in feed conveyor of the Log Saw. With advanced cutting and blade sharpening system, this automatic log saw cuts the two logs into the desired final roll width in a precise and electronically controlled manner. They come out of the log saw by two exit conveyors for further packing according to customer marketing needs.
